Tyler crossed his arms and glared at Sylas and Werr both. "You're both being mean, and I don't like that." He pulled his knees up and rested his head on them, his back to Sylas. "Nobody's nice anymore. Ever." Michael shrugged and shook his head. "I didn't make him that mad. It theoretically takes two to fight. So either I'm insane, which wouldn't bother him, or other people are equally responsible."

"It takes one to start an argument, you moron!" Werr hissed. Sylas brought his head up again and roared at them both. He snapped at Werr again, this time catching the gifted by the arm in his teeth. Werr screeched as he was hoisted into the air and dropped. He felt his left leg snap as he hit the ground. Werr stomped at the ground with his uninjured foot as he tried not to scream. Clearly, Sylas still despised name calling.

Michael raised an eyebrow, but made no move to help Werr. That would just be stupid. "So? If other people didn't fight with me, I wouldn't suceed in picking fights. Which means it's just as much your fault as mine. You're indulging me. That makes it your fault, ya know?" He sat back on the ground, watching Sylas as if it were a show.

"I'm...going...to...kill...you..." Werr moaned through gritted teeth. Sylas went back to nuzzling Tyler, his wings flared up behind him. "I do not like them, Tyler," His voice rumbled noisily around them. "What should I do with them? I don't want to hurt them anymore...but I don't like hearing them argue and call each other names..."

Tyler looked up at Sylas then came up with an idea. "Can they get hurt here? If they can't get hurt, you should put them in a box and let them fight it out all night. Then, in the morning, they might be nicer."

"No, they get hurt. Werr's leg is broken now...his arm is probably bleeding, too." Sylas sighed. "What?! Y-you...you broke my leg! And it's broken in real life, too?" Werr questioned, struggling to keep himself calm. "Don't call people names," Sylas turned away again. "I did not mean to break your leg. I meant to break your back." "THAT'S IT! I'd be insane to stay with you people any longer! Who the heck is going to fix my leg so I can leave you...people and be done with it?!" Werr hissed at them, doing his best not to curse or call anyone names. But it was definitely hard.

Tyler sighed, very disappointed. It would have been great to put the two of them in a box and make them fight it out. "Once Werr gets better, we'll just put them in a real life box. We won't let anyone out if they're still fighting or if someone is dead." This made perfect sense to him, despite involving the requirement of leaving the victor to starve if his opponent was dead.

"Right." Sylas nodded. It seemed to make enough sense to him, as well. "In the meantime...could you wake up, Sylas? Leave our dreams alone?" Werr pleaded, curling his arms around his broken leg. "Please?" "...I suppose. Because you said please." Sylas huffed. He woke up in reality, leaving the others to be pushed back into their own minds and unconsciousnesses.

The next morning, Tyler awoke and looked around. Since Michael and Werr were still asleep, the little boy rolled out of bed and moved over to Sylas. He hoped he was awake. That way, they could get Werr and Michael into a box to make them stop fighting.

Sylas was indeed awake. He seemed to be in a better mood than before; perhaps injuring Werr had made him feel better. "Good morning, Tyler," The Iyoui smiled a little bit. "What would you like for breakfast? Waffles?"

((That's a terrible thought. Sylas is supposed to be nicer than that.)) Tyler jumped onto the bed and nodded. "I love waffles! They're my favorite because they're delicious. Do you love waffles, Sylas?" He grabbed the Iyouis' hand and jumped off the bed. "Can I help you make waffles, please?"

((-shrug- He's slowly turning hostile. I thought we went over this? He's traumatized at this point, it's starting to get into his child-like head.))
"I do love waffles," Sylas nodded, smiling more. "I will ask Kyle if he has a waffle maker, and if he does, I will definitely make waffles." He stood, leading Tyler out of the room. Werr awoke with a screech of pain as they moved down the hall.

Tyler stopped and turned around. He ran up to the doorway and stomped his foot. A solid wall of earth slammed up and locked both Werr and Michael in. "Hey, Sylas? Can you trap them in? Then we can go make waffles for eating when they're done fighting."

Sylas thought for a long moment, then he nodded. "Okay," He said. A wall of shadow went up around the room entirely, though it was thin. Sylas wasn't very good at making things like walls, but it was enough. The window and door were both blocked. "Now then, where is the Kyle-person?"

Tyler grabbed Sylas' hand and kept walking. "I dunno. Maybe he's in his room." He hopped along the hallway until he reached Kyle's office. He pulled open the door and looked inside, but Kyle was nowhere to be seen. "Must be in his sleeping room. Let's find him!"

Yet again, Sylas shifted into his dog form. He wandered into the room, sniffing things here and there. Then he moved out again, starting to sniff around for Kyle's room. He opened the door to said room once he found it, returning to Iyoui form. "Mister Kyle?" He said quietly, peering into the dark room.

((Have you had waffles yet? Last time we spoke, you had never. THEY'RE SO FUN!)) Kyle was asleep, head shoved under a pillow and held there by one arm. Other than that, the room was pitch black and silent. When he didn't immediately jump up and find them a waffle iron, Tyler ran into the room and jumped on his back. The reaction was instantaneous. Kyle sat bolt upright and pinned Tyler against the wall with one hand, throwing his pillow at the doorway (and Sylas) with the other. His eyes were still mostly closed, evidence that this was more reflex than a thought out plan; and, when he realized what he was doing, he realeased Tyler and looked at Sylas. "What do you want? I was sleeping."

((I have indeed had waffles since the last mention of them. They're okay, but the ones that I had were really hard and kind of hard to eat.))
Sylas caught the pillow, blinking in surprise. Then again, he thought, I should stop being surprised. There are a lot of things I don't know about people, apparently. "We want to know if you have a waffle iron," Sylas said quietly. "I can make very good waffles, so if you have one of those things, I can make you some."

((NO! Soft, fluffy waffles that you fill with syrup! THE SQUARES! Part of it is my happy childhood memories.)) Kyle rolled his feet off the bed and stood up, lifting Tyler off his chest and dropping him onto the floor. "Yeah, it's in the kitchen." He walked out of the room, right past Sylas without making any attempt to hurt the Iyouis. "About yesterday? Pretend it never happened. I was having a bad day, and I don't like surprises." It wasn't exactly an apology, but it wasn't another attack either. His comment was somewhere in the middle.

(((Oh, okay.)) "Oh...I undertand," Sylas nodded once or twice. "It's okay. I was about to hurt you if you called me names, but I think you're okay now." He smiled a little bit. His words were definitely odd; Sylas didn't really hurt people, yet he had already hurt Werr and was now lightly threatening to hurt Kyle...
