((Not especially. Mebe one of them. After I find out what is going on.)) Rynyn grunted loudly and made himself stand, though he leaned on Subject rather heavily. Laurie stayed close to them, ready to help if Rynyn lost his balance. He was still half asleep from what she could tell.

((Questions?)) Subject half-dragged his friend into the cafeteria, pulling Laurie inside before the door swung shut automatically. He sighed with relief and looked around; the cafeteria went straight back to bland metal and cold air; there were several tables, most of them filled. Flint and Victor were just sitting down at a table with their numbers on it. Subject pulled Rynyn over to the table with his number on it, figuring it was meant for him and his 'team'. "Okay, sleep here," He told Rynyn, helping Rynyn sit. Despite their ugly, metal appearances, the chairs were surprisingly comfortable.

Rynyn was out before he'd completely let himself sit down. Laurie also sat down, wating all the other subjects in the room at their tables rather anxiously. She quickly looked away, as the other people were kinda boring, and someone them looked pretty scary. She was glad none of them seemed too concerned with the others for the moment. (( I really like Victor more and more with every post I write for him.))

((A, I thought Myst was a girl. B, that last sentence was really confusing. I'm guessing you were trying to word it like, "One of the subjects, at the table furthest from where Subject, Rynyn and Laurie were sitting, sat Myst. She was staring at the two teams that had just walked in with a blank expression on her face." If it really was meant to be that way. Looking it over again, it could also be, "One of the subjects, sitting at the table furthest from Subject, Rynyn and LAURIE, stared at the two teams that had just walked in with a blank expression on his face." Rules: No killing or maiming outside of experiments. Meal-time is mandatory and will not be missed. If you draw someone else's blood (without injuring them too much), it can be seen as a challenge. The person can then accept or refused, and the teams will be lined up for an experiment. No breaking onto other floors without being properly transferred and/or escorted. Aside from that, it's pretty much whatever goes. :T Now fix that last sentence so I know what you were trying to say.))

((Better. It was confusing because you had the name Myst in the sentence, which I assumed was Laurie at first, but then I got turned around by the rest of it, and...yeah. :T)) Of course, no one was concerned about anyone else; like a highschool cafeteria, people tend to stay with their own. Subject slipped away and went to a counter against the far wall; the food was being served from there. He took two trays, as he figured that Rynyn wouldn't want to eat right now. He returned quickly, setting the tray in front of Laurie. "We need to make some friends..." Subject looked around. "I don't know any of these people. Either they've moved up, or they're gone." He sighed a bit. "Flint seems to like you, Laurie. We'll use that to our advantage, to keep those two from trying anything..."

Laurie kept her eyes on Subject as he went to get their food, though she did take quick glances around the room at the others who were already eating or waiting to get their food. She looked down when Subject sat down again and she sighed as he set her food down for her. "Thanks." She said quietly, starting to eat a little, as she was hungry. She bit her lip as Subject spoke again as she glanced over at Flint. "Oh." She frowned slighted. She wasn't sure how much she liked the sound of that, but it didn't really matter: if it would protect them, even for a little while, she'd go along with it. Or she'd try to anyway. "Okay then..."
