Forin was also there, naturally. Diana was waiting by the door with him, her basket of flower petals at the ready. She looked happy; there was a frosting smudge on the side of her face, too. Apparently, Forin had allowed her to have some of the leftover frosting from the cake icing. Forin had noticed this smudge and was cleaning off her face as Zephyr and Nate came in. Werr hadn't shown up yet, though. Nate stepped into the room, looking around joyfully. It took all of his willpower to not run down the stairs and take his place at the altar. Instead, he walked steadily, keeping his head held high as he walked down the isle.

A few minutes later, Seria walked in, dragging two boys at her side. She was wearing a pretty dark-red dress, her hair pulled up into a tight ponytail. She smiled in Nate's direction, then turned her attention to the two she had pulled in with her. Cynyr once again looked dreadfully uncomfortable in his handsome suit, which he had ripped the sleeves off of. He tugged at the collar, taking Seria's hand and leading her down to their seats, glancing back at Werr (who was obviously the other boy Seria had dragged in) in concern. "Come on," he said, gesturing with his tail for the boy to take it.

Werr took Cynyr's tail gratefully, feeling perfectly fine in his own outfit. It wasn't much of a suit; more like kingly clothes, which was what he was used to. His people expected him not to wind up like king Alfred the third; he had worn commoner clothes, which often made people mistake him for just another citizen. Which may not have been a problem, if it weren't for the fact that Alfred had kind of been a bit of a tyrant, demanding free food from restraunts and ordering the heads off of anyone who denied him. Er...I seem to have digressed a bit. Anyways, Werr seemed to be comfortable in his clothes, certainly, but he still looked tired and unhappy (though he tried his best to hide it with a smile). He looked around at the others; Airlia was here, as was Luna. He was a bit surprised to see Vidia; he had almost forgotten about the poor blind girl. Nightlash apparently had no memory of her, so she had remained safe here in Amnarius.

Galai herself never entered the room. It seemed that she had remembered how skittish Tasia was, and even though the queen was the one who had organized the beautiful wedding, she was content with abiding by Tasia's fears and staying out. Instead, she had decided to walk through the gardens, looking at all of the beautiful flowers. Once everyone was seated, Namanai walked in and took her place at the alter. She would be the one to wed Nate and Tasia together, giving her blessing as a Divine healer. After they were ready, she nodded at Diana, smiling at the little girl.

Diana started forward, but hesitated when something happened. It was far from bad; it was like Amnarius itself breathed out a sigh of relief. Obelisk had left and retreated to the place between worlds. It was as though a cloud had disappeared, disspelling thoughts of a thunderstorm. Diana continued forward with urging from Forin, who walked beside her. She started dropping small handfuls of her petals, smiling as she got closer to where Nate was standing.

Zephyr smiled as the little girl grew closer to them, keeping to Nate's side. He glanced up when Firestorm slunk in, moving to the opposite side. The brothers smiled at each other, though Firestorm seemed angry at being at the wedding of dragonians. When Diana finished with the flowers, she took her seat and everyone looked back as the doors opened. Tasia walked in, her long dress a beautiful dark green color. She had requested it upon seeing Nate's outfit and hearing that Zephyr was to be his best man. She didn't care about the traditional 'white' dress. Her light pink hair was pulled up into a gentle ponytail, decorated with darker pink flowers. She smiled shyly, then walked forward towards Nate, her smile growing wider.

((Growing closer to someone is becoming better friends. Walking closer is moving. :T)) Nate stood up a little straighter, a joyful gleam in his eye that had been there since Tasia had accepted his offer of marriage. He couldn't help but glance over the crowd; it seemed like everyone was here, more or less. They were missing a few people, but almost everyone was smiling as they looked at his almost-new-bride. He wondered in the back of his mind why Werr hadn't bothered to even turn and look, but he dispelled those thoughts at once. At least the boy was trying to smile - unlike Forin, who's smile was pretty obviously forced. No matter. Today was the day that Tasia would become his wife. Nate beamed as Tasia walked closer and closer.

((I don't understand?))
Tasia walked up and stood next to Nate, smiling softly at him. He could see the faint blush tinted across her cheeks in a light rosy color. She was doing her best to hold her bundle of flowers in her hands, but her twisted fingers didn't allow for much agility. Once they were standing together, Namanai began. She lifted her hands and said something in an odd language, then lowered them and spoke. "We have come together here, on this bright, joyous day, to bring together two dragonians in marriage. A very rare thing indeed, I must say. We are here to witness the joining of Nate Furhblast and Tasia Yilumina, the latter of whom will today lose her Yilumina title and become Tasia Furhblast." Tasia took Nate's hand and beamed at him. Namanai continued. "I ask that the skies look down on them with kindness and love, and that they might look upon each other in this way as well. I ask that their lives be long and prosperous and that they have success in anything they try their hand at." She turned to Tasia and asked "Tasia. Do you take Nate to be your husband and mate, to obey his rule and be mindful of the things he does? To help him in all things and to stand at his side, to bear his children and his alone? To be the respectful keeper of his money and affairs and offer your strength when his weakens?" Tasia leaned against Nate's arm and looked up at him, then said "I do. Of course I do." Namanai smiled, then turned to Nate and asked "Nate. Do you take Tasia to be your wife and mate, to listen to her when she speaks and be mindful of the things she does? To help her in all things and to stand at her side, to look respectfully upon her body and hers alone? To give her the strength and safety that only you can provide for her and love her until death parts you?"

((Eh, it's alright.)) "Only until death. And even then, I would watch over her every day of my afterlife," Nate nodded once. ((And it's so short because I dun wanna spoil Naminai's speech. oxo))

((Mmk. :3))
Namanai smiled again, then said "Then I pronounce you both man and wife, life-mates, and duurin-leianaran, which means 'before-mating pair', in dragonian. Nate, you may kiss your bride." Tasia turned to Nate, tilting her veiled head back to look up at him. She was smiling, in eager anticipation of the binding move that would bring them together.

Nate gently lifted the veil away from Tasia's face, putting one hand on her cheek. He leaned forward, placing his lips on her in a firm but gentle kiss that signified their new eternal bonding. He held her close and tight, as though he thought something might take her. The kiss lasted for only a few moments, although Nate wanted that moment to last forever. There was clapping and Nate took Tasia by the hand, leading her back down the aisle.

Everyone there stood for the two, even Cynyr. Seria was beaming, leaning against Cynyr and clapping gently. Tasia looked radiant, her face ever so bright and filled with happiness. She looped her arm through Nate's and held tightly to his hand with hers, curling her tail into his and stretching her left wing out to mesh with his right. They headed out into the main ballroom, where everything else was set up for the party that was to follow. As they left the room, Zephyr and Firestorm trotted behind them, with Zephyr smiling and Firestorm trying not to scowl.

The party was grand. There was a lavishly decorated cake, a band already playing, and a table simply full of food that looked incredible - and tasted the same. Nate smiled as he watched the band playing, then looking over at the decorations around the room. Galai certainly knew how to party, even with a small group such as theirs.

Tasia was content to stick close to her new husband's side, her eyes closed. She pulled her hair from her ponytail and let it fall in gentle pink waves down to her shoulders, pressing her smaller body against Nate's bigger one. Slow music started playing, resulting in Seria taking Cynyr out onto the main floor to dance. It seemed like it should've been the other way around, but...this was Cynyr we were talking about. Nevertheless, he slid his hands around Seria's waist and snugged her close to him, moving in a steady, slow circle around the dance floor. Tasia tugged gently on Nate's arm, looking up at him with a questioning air in her eyes.

Nate smiled and nodded. "Of course," He said simply, gently pulling his new wife onto the dance floor. And they danced indeed, moving back and forth in a steady circle, with Nate holding Tasia close. His wings were flared around her, and he leaned forward to kiss her again. But as he expected, there was an interruption. A blast of smoke from the corner and someone stepped out, grinning boldly as he placed his top had back on his head. "Tah-dah!" Toro called. He hardly expected to be knocked onto his side a moment later by a guard. She stomped over him, snorting. "Ahh! No, no, you misunderstand!" Toro yelped, scooting backwards. A tiny puff of smoke later, and cards appeared in his hand. "H-here, pick a card!" He held them out to the guard. "Pick one?"

Tasia slid behind Nate, their delicate dance interrupted. She shivered, scared of the rabbitzen. Cynyr growled and took a step forward, flicking his tail angrily. "What do you want?" he spat. "Haven't you caused enough trouble?" He mulled over the rabbitzen's words, then said "Misunderstand? What do you mean? What exactly are you here to do, besides be completely annoying and tedious?"

"U-um...entertainment," Toro raised his cards again after getting up onto his knees. "I'm an illusionist. I entertain people. That's what I do." He seemed a bit confused; he was being scolded when, really, all he wanted was to do a few magic tricks. "No trouble," He shook his head quickly, climbing to his feet in haste.

Cynyr looked unconvinced, but Seria pulled him down close to her and whispered into his ear. Finally, after she kissed him gently, he seemed to consent and said "Fine. You can stay, but mark my words, rabbit; you make one step outtaline and I'm going to kill you." "Cynyr, I sensed he was telling the truth," Seria said quietly. "Don't be upset." He grumbled, but let her pull him back to their dance. The party resumed after that, though Tasia wasn't able to relax. She clung to Nate, keeping her arms tucked between herself and him. Her habit, the one where she sat down and tucked her legs tight against her body in protection, tried to come out, but she trusted that Nate wouldn't let anyone hurt her like that.

Toro showed the guard a few magic tricks, eventually turning and showing Forin and Diana. The young girl was scared at first, hiding behind Forin, but she gradually became more aware that Toro was doing some pretty cool tricks. He was excellent with card tricks, but soon pulled out what looked like a simple wand; and then it was a rose. He swung his staff around and clicked it against the floor, letting loose three doves that flew out the nearest open window. Diana was eventually smiling and giggling as Toro performed, which made the Rabbitzen smile all the wider. Nate held Tasia tightly, not once pulling his wings back. He watched Toro carefully, eventually deciding that the Rabbitzen certainly didn't seem to want to harm anyone. He didn't know who it was, either; he hadn't seen Toro's display of violence before, nor had he seen the Rabbitzen in a jail cell. So obviously, he was confused as to where the boy came from.

Tasia sighed, closing her eyes as she rested against her beloved husband. Her ruddy pink tail twinned into his dark green one, curling around and around. A touch on her and Nate's shoulder brought them both around to see Luen standing there, though he looked on the verge of passing out completely. He smiled, then wordlessly handed them both something and staggered off, heading back to Diana and Forin. He had handed then rings. Precious little bands of gold. Tasia smiled immediately, then took Nate's hand and carefully slid the bigger ring onto his appropriate finger, making sure it rested snugly. Her delicate, twisted little fingers were gentle and careful against his skin, fiddling with the ring until she decided it was perfect.
